Ten years after Tim Cook took over the CEO role from Steve, I joined Apple to plan, launch, and manage Apple’s 1st ever Change Management Office (CMO) for its business-to-business organizations.

Additionally, I was responsible for building Intel Corp’s Supply Chain Change Management Team to execute agile change management across the organization’s significant transformation endeavors. These represent just a glimpse of my responsibilities.

Throughout my role as a Change Management Lead, I’ve implemented diverse change management models, including Prosci’s ADKAR Change Model, APMG’s CCMP methodologies and techniques, among others. I’ve crafted a replicable, comprehensive, and cohesive change management framework tailored to navigate changes of all scales within businesses.
