The first phase in a project is the initiate phase. This is when the need for the project is first being explored. It’s when the issue that needs to be solved and the potential solution are discussed. The basic framework of the project is being put into place.

An important deliverable before the design phase can continue is the pilot configurations and the documentation of the business requirements documents (BRDs) for the design team to follow.

Whether you have a construction project, a software development project, or something else, you need to provide the instructions for the design team or outside design contractor in a “language” they can understand.

Launch
